Every Woven Origin piece carries a registry, and that registry is a covenant. For its lifetime, the piece may return to the atelier for restoration.
Restoration without expiry.
Re-felling of seams, replacement of horn buttons and brass clasps, re-stitching of buttonholes, re-edging of leather, and the renewal of any handcrafted finish - all undertaken by the artisan who first made the piece, where possible.
The privilege transfers with the piece. Should you gift, sell, or bequeath it, the next owner inherits the registry - and the same lifetime of care.
Two letters, and a courier at your door.
Write to [email protected] with the registry number on the inner label. A concierge will reply within forty-eight hours with a courier collection slot. Restoration is complimentary; only return shipping is borne by the maison.
