Each Woven Origin order is hand-packed in our Milan atelier - folded in tissue, set inside a hardwood case, sealed with a wax mark, and accompanied by its registry document. The case travels with a member of our concierge, never unattended.
For deliveries within Europe, the case is hand-couriered by overnight train. Worldwide deliveries travel by chartered courier flight. Your concierge presents the piece to you in person, and remains until the registry signature is complete.
