Only what is necessary to serve you.

When you place an order, request an appointment, or write to our concierge, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and the details of your enquiry. When you create an account, we additionally store a hashed password - your plaintext password is never visible to us.

We do not collect data through third-party tracking pixels or behavioural advertising networks. Our only first-party analytics counts visits, in aggregate, to understand which collections resonate.

To make a piece, deliver it, and care for it for life.

We use your information to fulfil your order, to register your piece in the lifetime maintenance archive, and to write to you about the maison - the journal, atelier appointments, new commissions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every letter.

No one, beyond what is necessary to serve.

Your details are shared only with our chosen courier when a piece is being delivered, and with our payment processor when a transaction is being settled. We do not sell, rent, or trade client data - to anyone, ever.

For the lifetime of the registry.

Order and registry data is held for the lifetime of the piece, since we are obliged to provide restoration. You may request deletion of your account, marketing data, and any non-registry information at any time by writing to [email protected].

Strictly functional, only.

The maison uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your bag while you browse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Access, correction, deletion.

Under GDPR and similar legislation, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and (subject to our restoration obligations) to request its deletion. Write to [email protected] and a member of our team will respond within thirty days.
