Pieces displayed on this site are offered subject to availability - a single-edition piece may sell while another customer is browsing. Prices are shown in US Dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes payable in your jurisdiction. The maison will display the final amount, including duties, before you confirm an order, where this is possible.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept secure card payments through our payment processor, bank transfer for orders above $25,000, and the WRK Token for clients holding a verified WorkOfficially wallet (see WRK Token Privileges).
Atelier-stock pieces dispatch within seven days of order. Made-to-measure commissions take eight to fourteen weeks. Vicuña commissions may take longer; you will be advised at the consultation. Delivery is by white-glove courier - see White-Glove Delivery.
Atelier-stock pieces may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, in original condition with all packaging and the registry document. Made-to-measure and personalised pieces are non-returnable, save for a manufacturing defect - in which case the maison will restore or replace the piece without charge.
Each piece carries a registry number. Lifetime restoration is offered to the registered owner and to all subsequent owners through the maison's transfer process - see Lifetime Restoration.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute is to be referred to the competent court in Milano, save where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction give you alternative recourse.
